Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has released revenue collection figures for the month of September and the first quarter of the current financial year. FBR has collected net revenue of Rs. 685 billion during the month of September against the target of Rs. 684 billion which is 27 % higher than the collection of September last year. Similarly, the target of the first quarter of the current financial year has also been surpassed by achieving Rs. 1635 billion against the target of Rs. 1609 billion and the growth is more than 17% for the quarter. FBR has collected Rs. 27 billion in excess of the target.

فیڈرل بورڈ آف ریونیو (ایف بی آر) نے رواں مالی سال کی پہلی سہ ماہی اور ستمبر کے مہینے کے لیے محصولات کی وصولی کے اعداد و شمار جاری کردیے ہیں۔ ایف بی آر نے ستمبر کے مہینے کے دوران 684 ارب روپے کے ہدف کے مقابلے میں 685 ارب روپے کا خالص ریونیو اکٹھا کیا ہے جو گزشتہ سال ستمبر کی وصولی کے مقابلے میں 27 فیصد زیادہ ہے۔ اسی طرح رواں مالی سال کی پہلی سہ ماہی کا ہدف بھی 1609 ارب روپے کے ہدف کے مقابلے میں 1635 ارب روپے حاصل کرکے عبور کرلیا گیا ہے اور سہ ماہی کے دوران نمو 17 فیصد سے زائد ہے۔ ایف بی آر نے ہدف سے 27 ارب روپے زائد وصول کیے ہیں۔
